I have been teaching English as a foreign language for 4 years now.. prior to this I was a nurse and still nurse when I don’t have students. I also teacher health care topics to professionals when I’m not hosting students. I have an absolute love of teaching language students and love seeing the confidence that grows in their time here. Students come to enjoy the full immersion experience in my home. I teach formal English lessons and also take students out on excursions and activities. These are always relevant to their interests, experience and hobbies. I have teenage children that have various interests including music, kickboxing, dance, beauty, gaming on PS4, football. Adult students are also very welcome and I am able to offer specialised teaching knowledge of: Medical & care topics.

About the local area
I live near the village of Westfield just 5-10mins away from Hastings a small seaside/ fishing town in East Sussex, England, Hastings is in the heart of 1066 Country, it is where William the Conqueror invaded England in 1066 and changed the course of history. Hastings offers a historic places of interest including the fun smugglers adventure to crazy golf on the seafront. Also Near me can be found the larger towns of Eastbourne, and Brighton. Each has its own particular character and offers many interesting and fun things to do. Smaller towns include the beautiful historic Battle & Rye & another seaside town Bexhill also offering some great excursions, activities or just a leisurely stroll along the seafront with some good old English fish & chips! There are many cultural places to visit such as Battle, Bateman’s ? the home of Rudyard Kipling (author of ‘The Jungle Book’), Michelham Priory, Bodium Castle, to name but a few. If you prefer to be independent, Hastings Station is a short drive away. There are two golf courses nearby as well as tennis and sailing clubs, a riding school, a leisure centre.
